Bid for the whales and take home a story
This year’s silent auction features two Orange Orca Art works honoring the Southern Resident killer whale community. All proceeds support the American Cetacean Society SF Bay Chapter’s research grant program, funding scientific work and education that protect whales and dolphins.
The Southern Resident killer whale community is critically endangered—and every surviving calf matters. These two Orange Orca Art works transform whale sound-inspired patterns (spectrogram-like waves and echoes) into vibrant visual stories of mother–calf bonds, matrilines, and the ocean habitats that sustain them.
